For the first time since his overdose, Khloe Kardashian speaks with ex Lamar Odom

Khloe talked to ex-husband Lamar about Keeping Up With The Kardashians after reading a report
For the first time since his death back in 2015, Reality star Khloe Kardashian has been in touch with ex-husband Lamar Odom.

Upon hearing that the NBA star was writing a book, Darkness to Light, Khloe confessed to being "nervous," providing an insight into their failed marriage and drug and alcohol addiction.
This contains an incident of near-death in 2015 when Lamar was hospitalized in a Nevada brothel after some hard-partying.

Khloe said of their relationship: "We had a really great marriage, but we had to split Lamar was battling some inner demons.
"Once I got him on his feet, I felt it was better not to confuse our mutual recovery and development by going in different ways."
The 35-year-old even watched Good Morning America's interview with her ex-hubby, in which Lamar admitted being shocked by how poorly he had handled Khloe during their short marriage.

She was also pleased to hear him say he felt he owed her and her family an apology for his actions.
Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner's book also delves into the plot to get Khloe and Lamar to challenge each other.
Lamar started shouting very loudly at Khloe during the incident back in August 2015.

Kris said of the day: "Khloe blamed me, because I told Lamar where she was going to be, and that never happened. I know if Khloe sees this, it's going to set her off again." The couple first tied the knot at the end of 209, just a month after the meeting.
Four years later, under the influence, Lamar was arrested on charges of driving, and Khloe filed for divorce later that year.

She eventually claimed that Lamar was unfaithful.

"Let me say something," she said at the time, "I lied to everyone last year on my birthday because I had to lie and say that I was with my husband while my husband was missing with another woman, okay?"
