Granit Xhaka gets another blow after Emery confirms that he will not be playing the match against Wolves

Captain Granit Xhaka, arsenal coach Unai Emery says he won't be in the squad for the Premier League game against Wolves on Saturday.
XHAKA TO MISS MATCH AGAINST WOLVES

Xhaka reacted angrily when he was substituted with Crystal Palace in last Sunday's draw to be booed by home fans.
Since facing criticism in the aftermath, as a result of threats to his wife and daughter, the Swiss international said he "attained a boiling point."

"We need time in him and for us to restore normality," Emery said.

"Sorry, he said he gave the supporters an apology and now is the time to focus on the match."
Emery was asked if the 27-year-old midfielder remained his captain but didn't respond explicitly, saying instead: "It's not in my mind that he'll play tomorrow. I think he won't play tomorrow." Now we need to concentrate 100% on the game. Now we're going to train and he's not in my mind at the moment.
EMAERY CONFIRMS XHAKA TO MISS THE MATCH AGAINST WOLVES

Xhaka played all but one of this season's Arsenal league games.

Boos followed his departure from Palace after 61 minutes and he responded by swearing and removing his shirt before heading down the tunnel.

Former arsenal striker Ian Wright said Xhaka owed "a lot more" to Arsenal fans and was expected to apologize soon after the incident.
Emery also asked Xhaka earlier this week-a £ 35 million signing in 2016 from Borussia Monchengladbach-to apologize.

When he spoke of the incident, Xhaka said the reaction to his replacement was "deeply moving me."
The former Basel player also said he was angry about the criticism he had recently received on social media and sports.
